a yearbook, diplomas, facility rental, programs, security and decorations. Students will not be able to
participate in the graduation ceremony if they have not paid dues.

This camp is centered around the basic rules, fundamentals, and techniques needed to play the game of volleyball. This camp is beginner friendly and will be fun for the ages specified. Forms Turned in by May 1st is guaranteed a T-shirt. Any after is a 1st come basis.

Berkeley High All Sports Season Passes are good for all Berkeley High School Home Regular Season Athletic Events.
Passes do NOT apply for tournaments or playoff games.
An additional $3 fee per ticket and processing fees are required by Hometown Ticketing.
BCSD Clear Bag/No Bag Policy will be enforced at all home games.

Come join the Iron Horses Robotics team for a fun week of engineering. We will introduce your child to the wide world of engineering through writing code, building bridges, driving our competition robot, and much more. If your child is enrolled in a morning camp at PSH we will provide childcare so he/she can eat a packed lunch in the cafeteria between camps. Camp is from 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO PURCHASE TICKETS**
Students are to go to the prom table in the main hallway during their lunch to receive their code to purchase tickets.

Prom Rules/Regulations:
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS: Students must be in good standing to attend the dance. December graduates are eligible to purchase tickets on their own.
GUEST CRITERIA: Guests must be 20 years of age or younger. Guest must be able to verify his/her age via a valid photo ID. Guests must be sponsored by and attend with a current Junior or Senior currently enrolled at SHS. ONE (1) guest per Junior/Senior permitted. SHS administration reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the dance in which a refund will not be issued.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE: Drinking and/or smoking are not allowed at any time on the premises. If you are suspected of illegal or controlled substance use before entering the dance, you will be denied entry and appropriate consequences will be imposed. All vehicles, including limousines, may be searched at any time. The school staff has the right to use a breathalyzer or similar instrument to test any student who appears to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
CONSEQUENCES: If you violate any aspect of the student contract you may be subject to school and/or police consequences.
DISCLAIMERS: Please note that this agreement can be modified at any time. In such circumstances, the school will provide clear instruction regarding the modified expectations. Please note refunds will NOT be issued.
REENTRY TO PROM: Please note that no students/guests will be readmitted to the prom upon leaving the building.
